Give Where You Live: Help Support Teens & Families at
THE LANDING
Dear Friends and Neighbors,
At Nebo School District, we believe every student deserves a place to land. That’s why we’ve created THE LANDING, a welcoming space where basic needs are met with dignity, support is given without judgment, and connection is at the heart of everything we do.
This year, we’re launching THE LANDING as a new teen center and resource hub to support Nebo School District students and their families, especially those facing food insecurity and other challenges of basic needs. Whether it’s a take-home meal kit, hygiene supplies, access to laundry and shower services, a backpack full of school supplies, or simply a quiet space to take a breath, THE LANDING helps remove barriers so students can focus on learning, belonging, and thriving.
As we prepare to open this amazing space, we need your help to stock the shelves so that THE LANDING is ready to serve students in need. We’re inviting our local community to give where you live by donating essential items or organizing small service projects to help us get up and running.
How You Can Help:
Host a Drive: Collect hygiene kits, food items, or school supplies with your church, workplace, team, or neighborhood
Take On a Kit Project: Assemble hygiene kits, laundry kits, or take-home meal bags as a group project
Donate Gift Cards: Walmart or grocery store gift cards help us respond to urgent or specific needs
Spread the Word: Share this campaign with others who want to support students and families in their own community
In addition to donating items, you can also support us through monetary contributions. Financial gifts will allow us to:
Stock the shelves with high-need items we know families depend on.
Purchase supplies and resources that keep THE LANDING running smoothly.
Respond quickly when urgent needs arise.
Every dollar given stays right here in our community, helping local students and families directly.
