Here is a quick look at a few of the attendance procedures that are more common and used daily.
Please call and excuse your student within 2 days of their absence to avoid having an unexcused absence.
If your student is 10 minutes late, it will be marked as a Tardy.
If your student is more than 10 minutes late it is marked as a Late Tardy
You may excuse tardies within 2 days as well.
If your student has 5 UNEXCUSED absences, you will receive an Attendance Concern Letter that will need to be signed and brought back to the office.
If your student has 10 UNEXCUSED absences, you will receive a letter of Notice of Compulsory Education Violation and be required to come to a meeting with the principal.
If your student has 15 or more UNEXCUSED absences you will be referred to the District Truancy Officer.
